Implementation Once you have chosen the methods you are going to use then you need to decide how you will deliver the activity. This implementation plan will include resources, both human and material, timing, bookings that need to be made, ie. for a room or minibus, advertising the activity.
You will need to look at things like how many staff will be
required, what sort of facilities will be required, the length of time
etc. |
