The Bronze group expedition in 2008 took place along
the picturesque Usk Valley Walk from Llanellen to Llantrisant with an
overnight stay at Chainbridge. The walk followed the course of the
River Usk for much of it's length and afforded superb views across open
countryside as well as an opportunity to view leisure pursuits such as
canoeists and fishermen and wildlife such as kingfishers, swans and other
wildfowl. This walk is destined to be one of the best any of our groups
have undertaken and will sure to be used again in the future.
